Sponsor an Artist in Residency.

We are excited to introduce our new sponsorships programme designed to assist emerging artists who wish to exhibit for a year at one of our galleries.

So why and who should I sponsor?

With your sponsorship you are giving your chosen artist the opportunity to showcase and sell their art. They will be part of group exhibitions and develop professional art business skills. More details on the Residency can be found here.

In addition to this the residency includes:

Understanding the value of high grade art.
Create a physical & virtual gallery to invite online participation from other communities.
Develop professional skills on how to sell and package their works professionally.
Host free exhibitions on key dates such as Christmas & Easter to expose the artist and get them to talk about their work.

The Artists Sponsorship Programme is quite unique as it benefits not only exceptional artists but also rewards donors by involving them in enhancing a creatives exposure.

As a sponsor, you will propose an artist whose work you find the most appealing for us to review and have a chat with. We look for fine artists in the fields of painting, photography, sketching and sculpture.

We also have artists who are currently looking for sponsors and can share their portfolios with you to review.

As a tribute to your generosity, your chosen artist will produce a piece of art of a subject of your choice at the end of their year. The sponsorship which will be awarded in your name is applied directly to the artist residency fees, help with creating an online shop if required and a solo exhibition.

Currently we have 2 sponsorship spaces in our UK gallery in Angmering and 4 in the Kenya gallery in Watamu.
