Valentines

The black velvet rose has become a popular favourite extra with our collectors. I’ve always loved the theatrical dark element of the black velvet rose. It has a slighter edgier approach to the romantic season but still has a lovely elegance to it.

The first time we sold a textured snow painting the black rose was next to it. The collector insisted on buying the rose along with the artwork. Soon after that another collector came in and asked for some artwork and asked about the black rose. Word spread and our Valentines signature was born.

So every Valentines a black velvet rose accompanies any of our original artwork sold on this website in the run up to the romantic season. Season starts Jan 18th.

For Premium artwork (£1400 or over) you will receive a long stem eternally preserved real black rose that lasts up to 365 days.

Artwork comes gift wrapped in black craft paper with a ribbon.
