ATELIER is the ground floor fine art gallery that is now available to hire for artists, photographers & pop up gallery’s. To see what exhibitions are coming up please visit our Events Page. The gallery is approximately 7mx3m with varied heights between 2.5m and 3m. The outside raised front courtyard is approximately 3mx3m. The gallery is also available for anyone wishing to deliver an art workshop.

Minimum hire for Atelier is 4 days for exhibitions and half a day if you are looking to deliver an arts workshop. An open evening is included with exhibition when you book. Wine glasses will be supplied. Some artists share exhibitions which a nice way to add flexibility with your time. No commission is taken on your art sales. We do offer a concierge service if you cannot be present but still wish to exhibit. Please get in touch to find out more.

There is also an option for £175 to create an online gallery shop that runs alongside your exhibition allowing a broader reach. This temporary exhibition shop will be through our website. Please note that the online payment portal squarespace takes 6-7% in transaction and processing fees.

We will publicise your exhibition on the websites events page and on the social media page so you can share it with your friends. If you’d like to feature in our quarterly magazine we charge £75 for a double page spread.

Storage for a few replacement pieces is available in the cupboard near the back of the gallery.

Please note explicit or offensive art isn’t accepted as this gallery is open to all.

In terms of amenities there is a coffee house next door, a Co op shop and restaurants close by. The building has two kitchens, WC and side access.

There is a gallery manager onsite everyday from 10-4pm upstairs. I am also usually around in my art studio or teaching in the Vaudeville gallery upstairs if you need anything.

We do have a card machine which you can use but please note that there is a charge of up to 2% depending on the card type. If you have your own machine please bring it along.
