Dive into the world of texture. In this workshop, you'll create your own deep edge canvas artwork inspired by reflections in the water. No prior experience needed.
Textured art adds depth and character to any piece of artwork.
Guided by myself a qualified art, design & media teacher, this full day workshop will include conceptual creative design, canvas prep, gesso sketch layers and palette knife colour application using acrylics.
The artwork can be taken home on the last day once dry or collected from the gallery.
The workshop starts at 10a.m with a break for lunch half way through. It will be held in the main gallery upstairs. Unfortunately the building is very old and hasn’t got wheelchair accessibility yet.
All materials are supplied. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.
